Cervico-facial Localization of Kimura’s Disease: Two Case Reports and Literature Review

Kimura’s disease is a very rare chronic inflammatory pathology of unknown etiology. It actually an allergic or autoimmune reaction process involving blood vessels, lymphocytes and eosinophils. We report first case Kimura with cervical localization in 37-year-old male Patient who saw the appearance swelling right parotid region evolving for 2 years. The patient benefited from total parotidectomy, anatomopathological study tumoral piece came back favor disease. A second 20-year-old 3 pre-auricular region, sub mental left cheek 5 underwent biopsy submental swelling, confirmed diagnosis Corticosteroid therapy. evolution was spectacular, no recurrence at 12 months follow-up. characterized clinically by subcutaneous nodules cervicofacial localization, increased volume salivary glands satellite adenopathies. Its histological based on identification follicular hyperplasia eosinophilic polynuclear abscesses. Treatment surgical most often but some cases therapy proposed.
